Dear Phil, Van received just as you said. I would like to say how impressed I am with the way the leasing/delivery of the vans has been dealt with. I know we had a hiccup, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently and caused me no problems. This could have gone horribly wrong and would have had reverberating effects. Please pass on my thanks to all involved, especially the team (all the Phils) at DSG. Your delivery driver is a credit to your company.
